Artist's Description
St Paul, the capital city of Minnesota, on the Mississippi river. Taken from the Indian Mounds Park bluffs to capture a beautiful panoramic view of St. Paul looking toward the west. Timing fortunate enough to capture a barge going down the river. This is one of the top spots to capture the city of St Paul.
